Healing circles

A healing circle is a small group — 6 people and a facilitator — meeting regularly online to talk honestly and work through what they are carrying.

How a circle works

People ask for a place. We put them into a small group of about 6, so that everyone has room to speak and nobody disappears into a crowd.

A facilitator from ZOIFAV opens the circle when the group is ready. From then on the group has a private space on this website for messages between meetings, and a video meeting link when the facilitator sets one.

What a circle is not

It is not therapy, and it is not an emergency service. If you need one-to-one professional support, ask for a support session instead — or both.

The group agreement

  • What is said in the circle stays in the circle.
  • No screenshots, no recording, no sharing anyone's story outside the group.
  • Everyone gets space to speak; nobody is required to speak.
  • No advice-giving unless it is asked for.
  • Tell your facilitator if you need to step away for a while.
